I am using my HI 3010 Filler/Dispenser/IBC as a filler. I am using one of the inputs as an OK to DISCHARGE signal when I have a bag in place. The problem is that if the bag is not removed and replaced with a new bag, the OK to DISCHARGE signal is still present and the discharge will go into an already full bag. How can I set the unit up so it must see the bag as removed and replaced before discharging again?

When I cycle power on my PLC, some of my HI 2151 Series units (HI 2151/20WC, HI 2151/30WC or the HI 2110WI) do not come online and show many retries, but others on the same network come online OK. When I change unit locations between one that does not come online with one that does, the problem stays with the location. What could be my problem?
