Can I use HI 3030 on a two load cells system with two Kistler Morse, C1-1-03K-X-015-P-UA1 load cells? We had the load cell installed on the tank long time ago, and we want to replace the Kistler Morse controller with the more advanced HI 3030 without replacing the load cells.
What are the support material (i.e. concrete base) flatness requirements for HI LPRA Load Point Assemblies and HI LPRC & LPRB Series Load Point Assemblies?
+ - what tolerance will I need to work with for the concrete floor / base or steel structure? This is not the actual Load Cell, but the physical floor, concrete or steel structure that will carry the vessel, tank(s) etc.
I have an HI 215IT Hardy junction box with a label which reads: "CAUTION: USE ONLY WITH PRODUCTS HAVING IT CAPABILITIES". I've tried to connect different manufacturer load cells using this junction box, but I didn't read any values from the load cells. The load cells I have only have 4 wires, so they do not have C2 nor Integrated Technician (IT) capabilities.
Can I use NON IT / NON C2 load cells with this junction box? I've read that Hardy controllers can work with and without C2 / IT load cells. Do I need a different junction box?
When I send the command to zero or tare the scale the weight reading is not exactly zero. The weight reading goes to a value between +0.05 and -0.01 lbs, and the 3 load cells are 2000 lbs each. Why can't I see an exact zero reading?
