Material Feed Control by Weight (GIW/LIW)

Feed control is accomplished using: 1 or 2 speed feed control; on-off or continuous final control elements; fixed, adaptive, or predictive preacts; manual or automatic jog functions.

Hardy has multiple products that can be installed to manage this application in different ways depending on the material/s being fed. They are:

1. HI1746 (PLC plug-in weigh scale module, includes integrated weight control function with fixed preact)
2. HI2151/30 (instrument, includes integrated weight control function with fixed preact)
3. HI3010 (instrument, includes integrated weight control function with fixed/adaptive preact)
4. HI3030 (instrument, includes integrated weight control function with fixed preact)
5. HI4050 with mapping (instrument, includes integrated weight control function with fixed/adaptive preact)
6. HI1756-nDF (PLC plug-in dispenser/filler module, includes integrated weight control function with adaptive/predictive preact)
7. Any Hardy PLC plug-in weigh scale module or Hardy instrument IF weight control functionality is executed in a PLC
