What is the minimum live load for a HI 2201LT or HI 2204LT to operate?

What is the minimum live load that a HI 2201LT or the HI 2204LT strain gauge transmitters need for span calibration?

Do we need to buy an SMM if we are already buying a software option for the HI 2151/30WC?

We want to add the Totalizer (or any software option) to our HI 2151/30WC controller, do we need to buy the software option plus a new SMM?

How many HI 3030's can be linked together equating to how many scale channels?

How many HI 3030's can be connected together in the Hardy "Control-Link" Ethernet network and how many scale channels does this equate to?

Can you configure the inputs to be 120 VAC on the HI 3010 or HI 3030?

On the HI 3030 or HI 3010, is there any way to configure the input ports to be 120 VAC?

How can I use a relay to indicate a power loss with my HI 2151 series unit?

Is there a way to use the HI 2151/20WC or the HI 2151/30WC remote function, relays or a contact closure to indicate a power loss signal to a PLC?

Why won't my weight controller do anything when the zero or test buttons are pushed?

Why won't my HI 2110WI, HI 2151/30WC or my HI 2151/20WC do anything when the zero or test buttons are pushed?

How should I convert Lb's to Kg's with C2® and non-C2® load cells?

We have a large number of HI 2151/30WC's units, some with C2® load cells and some with older standard load cells. I know we can use the Lbs/Kg's button on the front of the controller to toggle between Lbs and Kg's on the readout of our Hardy controller, but this will not change the units being read into our PLC. I see my options are to re-calibrate all scales in Kg's (my concerns are older standard load cells are rated in Lbs and it will be time consuming to convert approximately 30 scales in one weekend of downtime). The second option I see is leaving the calibration in Lbs and try to do a Lbs to KG conversion in our PLC code (my concerns are trying to get the KG readout on the HI 2151's to match the PLC calculation). Is their any other possible solutions that would be easier to have the HI 2151 return Kg's to the PLC without re-calibrating the scales?

Should I buy a JB option now if I plan to upgrade my HI 3030 to 4 channels later?

If I buy a one channel 3030 with plans to upgrade to 4 channels in the future, should I buy a JB (single scale-four load cell input) option when I buy the one channel unit?
