Why won't my HI 3030 display 4 channels?

I can't setup more than channel 1 in my HI 3030, which has options: -PM-AD-JB-00-DN. I want to add 2 scales but only configurations for channel 1 appears in the controller and in the WEB server. I have  searched the manual and can not find the answer.

The reason your HI 3030 does not display 4 channels is because it is a single channel controller with a built-in summing card.

The HI 3030 with a -PM-AD-JB-00-DN configuration is a Panel mounted, 120/240vac with 4 DC output relays, built-in summing card for multiple load cells (single channel), and DeviceNet communications.

The following are the input option descriptions for the HI 3030.

-LC Single scale, single load cell or summed load cell input.
-2S Dual scale input.
-4S Four scale input.
-JB Four load cell input, single scale.
