Why is there no data displayed using HI WS100 software?

If your HI 1746WS is communicating to the SLC, but you cannot get data using HI WS100 software, check the setup of the module in the I/O configuration in RSLogix 500.  Verify the M0 and M1 files are both set to 128. Refer to page 4-3 in the HI 1746WS manual or the Intro screen in the HI WS100 software.

Check to ensure the setup on the Comm Setup screen in the HI WS100 software is correct, including slot number, station, driver and any special conditions. Refer to page 4-4 in HI WS100 manual.
