Why does my HI 2151/30WC memory get erased when I press 9-5-ENTER?

On the older HI 2151/20WC when you pressed 9, 5, ENTER key combination, it would restore memory from the SMM. On the HI 2151/30WC when you press 9, 5, ENTER combination, it will erase the memory on all firmware revisions below 1.42. On HI 2151/30WC firmware revisions 1.42 and above, if you press the 9, 5, ENTER combination, nothing will happen.

NOTE:  There has been a hardware upgrade in the main controller card in the HI 2151/30 WC units and we can not upgrade older units firmware levels without needing to replace the board.  This upgrade is not covered in the flat rate repair cost and would require the user to purchase the main controller card for this upgrade.
