Why can't I change set points from my HI 3010 web browser?

I am unable to enter setpoints from my HI 3010 web browser. I can enter them from the front panel and they show up on the configuration web page, although not in real time. The page must be refreshed for the new values to be displayed. How can I enter the setpoints from the web browser?

On the HI 3010, making changes to ingredients only makes the change and does not make the updated ingredient active, unless you select the active ingredient.

Make a change, accept or save the change, and then re-select that ingredient from the front panel.

Presently the only way to make a specific ingredient the active ingredient from the web browser is to use command mapping, or under diagnostics change the read write parameter number 0300, the active ingredient. Changing that number and saving will make the change you desire.
