Typically any error is caused by either:
Wiring/installation issue;
Incorrect programming;
Damaged load cells.
If you have any type of ADC error, you would need to correct the input from the load cells so it is within tolerance of your module settings. Verify the correct sensitivity setting for your load cells.
If you have a command error, you need to correct your command sent or correct the issue causing the failure. Normally a failure is caused by an ADC error of some sort.
