What is the difference between the Ingredient and Setup menu?

The INGREDIENT menu is for items that change with each different product or production requirement. An example would be a product runs in small bags and then they want to change to the extra large bag. By just selecting another ingredient that has the appropriate parameters for the extra large bag, operator setup time is saved.

The SETUP menus are overall system settings and normally do not change with different product or conditions, such as averages, WAVERSAVER and general scale filtering and conditions.
