What is the difference between the HI 1756W sample code on Hardy's website and that in Logix 5000?

Question

What are the differences in the HI 1756WS sample code on your website and the sample program that comes with RSLogix5000 v16?  It appears that the Hardy website's version is older since it's controller had an old firmware version

Answer

The sample code on the Hardy website is the original version of the program.  The version that is with RS Logix 5000 should be the same code, but has been opened with the newer version of RS Logix 5000, so it has been updated by that software.  Both versions should give you the same code for each of the instructions, just in different version of Logix.

If there are any further differences, these would be modifications Rockwell has made to the code during their handling of the program to install it into their software.

In 2011, some of the samples were updated and so the versions on the web site are later versions of the program.  All the samples show how to run a command in the module.  The only real differences would be the version of RS Logix was used to create it.
