Click Here to Learn More! The HI 3010 Aux device is an output signal that can be configured and mapped to energize during the discharge cycle. A mapped relay output signal could activate a vibrator system or other devices to help get the material flowing.
At discharge the weight is monitored for motion. If there isn't any motion detected during the discharge cycle, the Aux device output is enabled for a set amount of time. Again motion is monitored. When motion is detected the Aux device output is disabled. Motion is continuously monitored during discharge and if motion stops before the zero tolerance level is reached, the Aux device output again energizes and so forth.
The Aux device has a timer. If the Aux device output does not start the motion within the Aux device timer duration an alarm is displayed. The alarm means you have a bridge, plugged pipe, or a discharge gate that did not open or activate. An alarm would require attention by the operator.
