What are Hardy's evaluation and repair fee's?

As of Feb. 2018, the current evaluation and repair charges are listed in the attached file.  These prices could change without notice.

See attached Service Rate Sheet to find the flat rate repair fee. If your Hardy instrument is not listed there, please call us for further information at 858-278-2900. Our turnaround time for all above listed instruments is typically 2-4 business days.

Bench scales are time and material with a $290.00 evaluation charge and an estimate of repairs is sent.

If you send your instrument to us for repair and we do not find a problem we will only charge the evaluation fee, not the repair fee. The evaluation fee will be waived if you purchase a replacement product or if you agree to the repair fee.

Evaluation and/or any repair includes testing functionality and upgrading your instrument with the latest hardware/software changes for that product, and includes a 1 year warranty.
