Is there maintenance software for the HI 3010?

The HI 3010 has the optional SMART Diagnostics system similar to our Integrated Technician on the other Hardy units that have this capability.  The HI 3010 CAN NOT use the HI 215IT-xxx summing junction card.  The HI 3010 with SMART Diagnostics need the load cell cables attached directly to the back of the HI 3010 to the Smart Diagnostics option card.  This requires the HI 3010 to be within reach of the individual load cell cables. (Where the load cell cables can be ordered in longer selections, this requires a 12-16 week lead time.) 

The following SMART Diagnostic tests are available under the test key and across the Ethernet connections.

1. Voltage and Weight in millivolts and millivolts/Volt for the total scale.

2. Stability Test to verify if the unit or load cells are drifting.

3. Return to Zero tests. compares the gross zero setting to the present zero setting for shifts.

4. Force outputs, enables and disables the output channel to test individual outputs without actually starting the complete process.

5. State logging output to a printer or serial device to record each step of the process.
