Click Here to Learn More!Hardy's WebTech knowledgebase includes Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), Tech Notes, application and specific product information for all Hardy Instruments. It does not include part numbers, bills of materials or pricing information. For that you should contact your local Hardy Sales Representative or the Hardy Service Center at hsc@hardyinst.com.
You can search the WebTech knowledgebase using instrument model numbers. There is also some information in WebTech on load cells/sensors. If you do not find the information you seek, please go to the product page for the controller or load cell you need information about and review the data sheet or manual. If you still cannot find the information you seek, please submit your own question or call Hardy Tech Support directly at 858-278-2900 option #4.
WebTech is a database of previously asked questions from our customers and the corresponding answers from Hardy Tech Support. WebTech gets smarter each time you use it by keeping track of search text, which answer you view, how often each answer is viewed, etc.
To best utilize WebTech, click the i next to the PRODUCT search box. This brings up a window with all current Hardy Products. Click on the Hardy Product you have questions on.
Next, enter a keyword or keywords in the SEARCH BY KEYWORD box. As an example, if you wanted to know the proper torque specifications for your vibration sensor you can search on the word TORQUE. If you have questions about rate of change, enter the words RATE OF CHANGE. If you enter more than one keyword, only answers that contain all the keywords will be displayed. For example, if you search on "calibration instructions", you will get every answer that has "calibration" AND "instruction" contained in the answer.
This search function is NOT case sensitive. If you want to search on calibration information and only enter the letters "cali", you may not find the answers you seek. You must enter the entire word or words spelled correctly, not abbreviations. If you search on multiple words the answer must contain all words you search on.
Search the answers provided to find the one that best answers your question. You can also review the RELATED ANSWERS that are displayed each time you click on an answer. If you cannot find an answer to your question, PLEASE post your question for our technicians to answer via WebTech by clicking on the "Ask a Question" tab. Most questions asked using WebTech are answered by email within 4 working hours. If appropriate we will post your question and our answer for other customers to view. Your identity is safe, we do not publish customer information, only the question and answer.
