New HIDS Drum Scales!
Click Here to Learn More! The HI 2151/30WC status indicators located above the main display can be turned into a thirty segment bar graph to indicate your scale level, check weighing or a totalized value of weight over time.
To view the bar graph display press the 2, Status/Bar key to change to the bar graph mode.
Used as a level bar graph, the HI 2151/30WC can indicate a visual amount of material in a weigh vessel, the level of force detected, the amount of material totalized, the peak force or weight recorded or the level of flow (Rate of Change) into or out of a weigh vessel.
The segments will start illuminating from left to right. The entire 30-segment bar graph will illuminate when the desired weight or force is detected by the scale and will remain illuminated as long as this condition exists.
You can set the bar graph parameters by entering the lowest weight (value) and the highest weight (value) of the scale or any portion of the scale. So if you wanted a visual indication of how much product was in a silo that held 40,000 lbs, the Bar Lo would be set to 0 lbs, and the BAR HI to 40000 lbs in the net mode.
The bar graph can be set up to indicate Net weight, Gross weight or the optional totalizer, rate-of-change or peak weights. Keep in mind that the bar graph can be totally independent of the displayed values.
To setup the HI 2151/30WC with bar graph displaying 100% of capacity (incremental weighing):
