How do I return an instrument for repair?

Before you spend money on a repair, please call Hardy Tech Support to discuss the symptoms of the issue. We may be able to help you get your Hardy weighing equipment back in service. Call us at 858-278-2900 #4 on the phone menu. We are here 6:30am to 5:30pm M-F Pacific Time.

If your Hardy Instrument needs repair please fill out the online Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request form located at http://www.hardysolutions.com repair request form.
We will need your name, company name, bill-to and ship-to address, phone and fax numbers, email address, the model and serial number of the instrument and a Purchase Order or Credit Card information. We have a flat rate repair for all current model instruments.

Once we provide you with a Return Authorization number please ship the instrument to:
