How do I clear a blind HI 4000-DR controller back to factory defaults?

The normal process with a front display is to power up without the SD card plugged in, press exit to bypass the error and then plug in the SD card. (with power up)
Enter configuration and when you save your first entry the SD card will be over written with factory default data.

Without a front display. Using your web browser and EtherNet TCP/IP connection.
Under Operations>Diagnostics>SD card.  Go to the SD card menu and delete the PARAMS.TXT file.
Copy and paste the PARAMS.TXT file name into the filename box and delete.

Cycle power and as soon as you save anything to the configurations file you will create a new PARAMS.TXT file with factory default values.

This applies to the HI 4050 and the HI4060 blind or not.
