New HIDS Drum Scales!
Click Here to Learn More!Hardy weight controllers cannot be calibrated while the "In Motion" indication is on. If your Hardy controller is in motion, it would indicate the weight is changing or the reading is unstable based on the current calibration settings.
If the weight readings are unstable due to previous calibration settings, then the "Motion Tolerance" will need to be increased high enough to allow the unit to come out of motion. Once it is out of motion, then the calibration can be performed.
Note: Once the calibration is completed the "Motion Tolerance" should be reset to a normal level for the current calibration and then re-calibrated.
Typically a scale is calibrated in the static condition. The scale calibrated will show any weight as it is added to the scale.
Stop the conveyor, Perform a C2 calibration.
If you do not have C2 enabled load sensors.
With an empty belt do the cal low, place a test weight in the center of the load cells and do the cal high.
