How can I receive firmware update notifications for my HI 1769-FC?

We will update this WebTech answer whenever the firmware has been updated on the HI 1769-FC.  To receive notifications please click on the "Notify Me if This Answer has been Updated' button at the bottom of this answer. You will have to create an account and use your email address as your user ID to receive the notifications.

You can check the version of your module by looking at the default input data word 13 or if you are using the AOP, you will find the version in the default input table location "Version". 

NOTE: The HI 1769-FC modules cannot be upgraded in the field.  If you would like to have a module upgraded, it would need to be sent to the factory and there will be an evaluation fee charged.
Prior to sending any modules in for upgrade, please request a RMA# at Hardy Solutions repairs form.
