How can I get fast and slow feed outputs on my HI 3010?

Fast and slow feed is actuated by entering the adjust ingredient menu for the ingredient being configured. Select the dual parameter under the speed configuration parameter. Single is your other choice and activates only the slow fill output.

Now use mapping to configure the correct relay outputs to activate per speed requested.

Select the destination page, local outputs, output relays, relay number desired, and click select. 
Then click on the "jump to the source page" button.  (NOT BLUE ARROWS)
Select control and highlight fast or slow feed. 
Click on select and then click on map. 
That relay position is set as requested, fast or slow feed. 

Repeat the instructions to program additional relay.
