Do you provide schematics for Hardy Instruments?

Schematics for Hardy electronics are proprietary and are not available. If your Hardy contrtoller needs repair please call the Hardy Service Center at 858-278-2900 menu selection 4 to get a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. We will ask for your name, company name and address, phone and fax numbers, email address, and the model and serial number of the instrument.

If you could provide the symptoms of the failed unit it would be helpful. We have a Rapid Repair Program with a flat rate repair cost for most of our current model instruments (except shakers). Please have Purchase Order or Credit Card information ready when you call.

Once we provide you with a Return Material Authorization number please ship the instrument to:
