There are ways to place estimated rates and percentages in the rate calibration menu using the ADVANCED calibration method.
A quick note: The rate calibration sets the starting rate and then makes adjustments based on actual rate flow from that point. The idea is to get the rate started right and only move if a density change is detected. We will only use the rate look up table information at startup and after two time bases move to the proper motor speed and control the rate. Any changes after that will be a ratio or percentage of that corrected rate.
The attached sheet takes you through some procedures that can help minimize loss. The end results is to discover the real rates and fill in the rate table with real and proper rates.
