Can you use the HI 1746WS configuration software for multiple units?

Yes, you can use the HI WS100 configuration software for multiple units, but only one unit at a time. The configuration software connection is specified on the "COMM SETUP" screen listing the chassis slot the module is installed in that you want. Until this slot number is changed, all data in the configuration software will pertain to that one module. If you want to configure another module, you would simply change the slot number to the new module you want.

NOTE: It is recommended the program be closed and re-opened after changing the slot number. This will initialize the software to the new module.
