Advantage Series Model Designations

I have a spare Hardy Load Sensor and do not know which Advantage Series Load Point it is from. Can you provide a list of Advantage Series Load Point designations and the associated Load Sensor model types?

You must remember that a Load Point is a Load Sensor with mounting hardware. A Load Sensor is a Load Cell with Hardy C2® technology. The following is a list of ADVANTAGE® Series and model types:

HI ONELP ADVANTAGE® Shear Beam Hermetic Load Point Series consists of Stainless Steel HI SBH04 Compression Load Sensors. Capacities are 1,125lbs., 2,250lbs., 4,500lbs., 11,250lbs., and 22,500lbs. Comes with Stainless Steel, Electropolished SS, or Plated Steel mounting hardware.

HI ONELP ADVANTAGE®Lite Shear Beam Load Point Series consists of Stainless Steel HI SB05 Compression Load Sensors. Capacities are 1,125lb, 2,250lb, 4,500lb, 11,250lb and 22,500lb. Comes with Stainless Steel, Electropolished SS, or Plated Steel mounting hardware.

HI ONELP ADVANTAGE® Low Capacity Load Point Series consists of Stainless Steel HI HBB01 Compression Load Sensors. Capacities are 22lb, 44lb, 110lb, 220lb, 440lbs., 550lbs., and 1,100lbs. Comes with Stainless Steel, Electropolished SS, or Plated Steel mounting hardware.

HI HPLP ADVANTAGE® Low Profile Load Point Series consists of Stainless Steel HI HP50 Compression Load Sensors. Capacities are 1,100lbs., 2,200lbs., 4,400lbs., 11,000lbs., 22,000lbs., 44,000lbs., and 66,000lbs. Comes with Stainless Steel (SS) or Alloy Steel (AS) mounting hardware in a common configuration (no Fixed, Bumper, or Slider).

HI HLPS, HI LPS05, HI HLPRE04, & HI LPRE05 ADVANTAGE® & ADVANTAGE® Lite Load Point Series consists of HI SBH04 or HI SB05 Compression Load Sensors. Capacities are 1,125lbs., 2,250lbs., 4,500lbs., 11,250lbs., and 22,500lbs. Comes with Stainless Steel or Galvanized Steel mounting hardware in Fixed, Bumper, or Slider configuration. The Load Sensor is the same for the different mounting hardware types.

HI HLPB ADVANTAGE®Hermetic Load Point Series consists of HI BBH06 Compression Load Sensors. Capacities are 44lbs., 110lbs., 225lbs., and 450lbs. Comes with Stainless Steel or Galvanized Steel mounting hardware in Fixed, Bumper, or Slider configuration. The Load Sensor is the same for three different mounting hardware types.
