Why am I getting "Error Timeout Alarm Hold" on my HI3010 Filler/Dispenser? An...

The alarm is prompted by the lack of an "OK to Dispense" command. If the OK to Dispense Input is turned on in the instrument setup menu then the unit will wait for a command to be sent to it saying that it is ok to dispense after a start command has been given. The OK to Dispense Timer is how long the instrument will wait to get the ok to dispense command before the unit gets a timeout alarm.

There are two ways to correct this issue:
1.) Turn off the "OK to Dispense Input" in the instrument setup.
2.) Map in an OK to Dispense command to a preferred location.
