Hermetic Load Point/Weigh Module Assembly Compression Low Range HI BBH06 Sensors: 44 - 450 lbs. (20 - 200kg)
The Hardy HI LPB ADVANTAGE® Series, sliding load point/weigh module system is designed for use on light to medium capacity vessels. Each weigh module consists of mounting hardware and HI BBH06 stainless steel mV/V and mV/V/ohm matched load sensor with true hermetic sealing, C2® Electronic Calibration capabilities, onboard electronic certs, a ¼ NPT conduit adapter, and ten feet of cable.
Each pre-assembled load point system provides lift-off protection and consists of three mount types specifically designed to eliminate the effects of unwanted forces to provide exceptionally accurate load cells. The assembly can be positioned 360 degrees in ninety-degree steps. A grounding strap and fixed color code wiring label are provided with each load cell HI BBH06 sensor. The mounting hardware is available in either stainless or zinc plated steel. The sensors have an IP rating of IP68/IP69K.
The HI LPB is available in the following standard capacities: 44 lbs, 110 lbs, 225 lbs, 450 lbs, and comes fully assembled with a shipping bracket for protection.
Hardy also offers Dummy load cells that have the same mounting and load introduction as the cell it replaces. These are used as intermediate placeholders in weighing systems that are being worked on (i.e. welding, painting, and moving vessels), and those that require input and output apparatuses in any given application. These are usually used in self-aligning load points that require dry runs of the system prior to complete operation.
Welding fixtures are temporary fixtures used during alignment and welding. Welding Fixtures have the same dimensions and bolting pattern as the load point being installed.
