Can I connect my HI 3000 series unit to a PC?

The HI 3000 series includes the HI 3010 and the HI 3030, and you can connect either of these units to a laptop or Personal Computer (PC). The HI 3000 series units have a number of communications methods available to connect and communicate with a PLC or PC, including Ethernet EIP, DeviceNet, ControlNet, RIO (obsolete), Profibus, Modbus, and OPC. The capabilities of your PC and/or PLC would determine which of these communication methods would work best for you. If you contact your local Hardy Sales Representative they can assist you.
