My Hardy controller has drifting weight readings and the set point and calibration data has been lost. This happened after lightning hit our plant causing erratic performance on our older HI 2101 Proweigh and HI 2151/20WC and our newer HI 2110WI and HI 2151/30WC units. How can I recover from this problem?
How can I see floating data in a SIEMENS PLC on my HI 4000 or HI 3000 unit? I have data in the SIEMENS PLC, but this information is not the same as what I see in the Monitor data. I am using it as an integer and I see the correct number but I can't see the decimal numbers. When I try to see that data as a floating number the data that appears is completely incorrect. How can I resolve this?
My HI 2160RC or HI 4060 is feeding at a very slow rate below the recommended feed levels. How can I improve the controller performance to feed at this level?
My HI 2151/30WC or HI 2110 WI is reading 8193 in the "grad" setting. I cannot enter a new value because every button pressed gives an "err 1" message. The diagnostic test shows no problem, how do I fix this?
On my Hardy PLC module, what routines are required to complete a hard calibration after cal low and cal high? Is WriteParams and/or Write NV Memory necessary so that the calibration won't be lost if power is cycled?
