Why isn't the input table weight updating on my HI 1746WS?

My HI 1746WS Weigh Scale Module seems to be set up correctly, but does not update the weight in the input table. What could be the problem?

Check the setup of your HI 1746WS Module in the I/O configuration in RS Logix 500. Verify the I/O are both 32 words and the M0 & M1 files are both set to 128. Refer to page 4-15 in HI 1746WS manual. If these are not set up correctly you may not be getting the correct number of words returned to see the weight.
