Cliquez ici pour en savoir plus !To mimic the normal Loss In Weight (LIW) during refill, the HI 2160 uses a dithered rate collection scheme. Therefore we collect that data when the controller is running normally.
The quality of this collected data is controlled by the REC number. 10.0 = 100% for no control and 1.0 is 10% and a very tight control. To have a tight control for less changes during refill, make the REC number as small as possible. Small as possible is where the controller drops into REC only once in a while (one time in 4-5 minutes). Also, if during a normal run condition, you lightly tap the scale the REC should enable.
The HI4060, HI1756FC and the HI1769FC do not collect data in the same way. The feed controller monitors the OP%, and when refill is requested, the motor speed is locked at a value which is the averaged OP% rate over the last two time bases. The controller continues at that volumetric rate until the refill cycle is complete. If there is a rate change requested during refill or in the START mode. The OP% is changed by a percentage to accommodate the rate change request.
