Cliquez ici pour en savoir plus !The power connector on your Hardy Instrument could be making poor contact with the socket. Turn off power and then remove the connector. Using a needle nose pliers push the pins slightly to the left or right to improve contact. If the pins are perfectly aligned they sometimes make poor contact.
Next try turning off the power to the cable and re-strip and re-install the wires if applicable.
This could be a problem with the AC power supply internally and may need to be returned to Hardy for repair. If you need a Return Authorization please go to: Hardy Repair Request
If you have a Hardy PLC module and it is rebooting intermittently, you may have a grounding or static dicharge issue. Please see additional WebTech answers on these subjects. Search under "lockup"
