Why can't I get HI 1746WS IT data on my PanelView?

To access the Integrated Technician (IT) information in the HI 1746WS you need to use the WS100 software. Then you would have to be able to run the WS100.  The WS100 is a windows based software and will not run on an HMI or panel view, unless that panel view has PC windows capabilities..

You can purchase the HI WS100 software directly from Hardy Instruments or you can contact your local Hardy Representative to place an order.
