Cliquez ici pour en savoir plus !I have a message command to zero the HI 1756WS module. When activated I get the following error:
Error Processing Connection Related Service.
The message parameters are as follows:
Message Type: CPI Generic
Service Type: Custom
Source Element: HardyZero
Source Length: 8
Destination: HardyZero
Service Code: 4c
Class: 4
Instance: 254
Attribute: 0
The comm path is set to the Hardy 1756 Module in slot 4
Under the Tag Folder the tag name is Hardy_ZeroCmdMsg
Why am I getting an error with message command to zero?
One reason you could be getting an error message on your HI 1756WS or HI 1756-2WS would be that the MSG command is being sent multiple times and the module cannot keep up with the number of commands it is getting. Verify the command is being triggered only once by putting a one shot in front of the command instruction.
Another reason could be when the MSG instruction is copied and pasted into the program from another program, sometimes it will not work properly. To correct this problem, you need to delete the MSG instruction and manually type it back in.
