Cliquez ici pour en savoir plus !It does not matter what sequence the load cells are wired into the standard JB summing box. With the IT summing card, you do not skip any positions and start in position LP1. This is true whether you use Hardy C2® load cells or non-Hardy or non-C2® load cells.
If you are using the IT summing card and reinstalling load cells and do not connect them to the same position they were previously, you may need to re-calibrate to establish the new order and references for the IT test results.
A scale system using multiple load cells in parallel will sum the total weight applied. For example:
If I had a level scale with four 100 pound load cells and placed a 100 pound weight in the center of the four load cells, then each load cell would optimally see 25 pounds. If you moved the 100 pound weight over one load cell, then only that load cell would see 100 pounds. (There may be some force seen by the other load cells, so you might see 99 pounds on the load cell supporting the 100 pound weight and one pound on the rest of the load cells)
The summing junction box places all the load cells in parallel. When you move the weight the output should shift on all of the load cells, but the overall weight reading should remain the same.
