Cliquez ici pour en savoir plus !What are the differences between sequential and simultaneous feed using a HI 3010? Please explain dual vs single speed settings and auto fast adjust.
Sequential is when only one feed, relay output, is active at a time. Fast feed energizes and when it reaches it's weight target, turns off. Then the slow feed output relay energizes until it's weight target is reached and turns off.
Simultaneous feed is when both outputs energize to reach weight. The fast feed will turn off when the fast target weight is reached. Slow feed will continue until the target weight plus the Preact is reached and turns off.
Auto fast adjust and auto Preact interact with the fast and slow feed targets. With these two auto adjusts ON the fast fill will adjust to the point that the slow fill will only energize for a very short amount of time or not be required.
With consistent feeders both auto adjusts can help optimize your throughput.
With inconsistent feeders the auto adjust routines can cause inconsistent results. You may want to let the fast auto adjust set an acceptable Preact number. Setting the fast fill level so it never over fills. This will be you your fastest results. Inconsistent motor deceleration or slide gate closures will require a longer slow fill. Use that optimum number as a fast weight entry with auto fast adjust off. Let the slow feed smart Preact make any minor corrections.
