Cliquez ici pour en savoir plus !Hysterisis specifies the maximum difference between the load sensor's output readings for the same applied load, with one reference point obtained while increasing from zero and the other reference point obtained when decreasing from the maximum rated output. The two reference points are taken on the same continuous cycle. The deviation is expressed as a percent of rated output (%RO). Reading are taken rapidly to minimize any creep. Hardy Process Solutions Advantage load sensors have a hysteresis specification equal to or less than +/-0.025% of Rated Output.
EXAMPLE:
Place 1000lbs on a scale and then add 1000lbs, the scale should read 2000lbs. If you remove 1000lbs the scale will be very close to reading 1000lbs. The difference between the reading obtained on the first placement of 1000lbs and the reading obtained after removing the second 1000lbs is considered the Hysterisis.
