What are the display options for my HI 2151/30WC or HI 2110WI?

What is included with the different display options for the HI 2151/30WC or the HI 2110WI? Is the Display/Blind Remote (0535-0461-02) obsolete and how can I recover?

The HI 2151/30WC and HI 2110WI come standard with a Panel Mounted display or can have an Optional Remote Display (depending on which model you order). Both displays include a 14 segment LED for displaying menus, operator inputs, and selected weights. Both displays have 30 discrete LED's across the top that indicates the status of either controller, but only the HI 2151/30WC is able use these LED's to display a bar-graph representation of the selected weight display.

The following should clarify what is included with the different HI 2151/30WC(Series) and HI 2110WI (Series) display options.

0535-0461-01:Panel Mount Display Board used on both HI 2151/30WC and HI 2110WI.

 

0535-0461-02:Blind Remote Display Board used on HI 2151/30WC -BR only.

Used with Blind Remote Mount Display Kit# 0519-0514-02. This kit also contains:

- 0509-0431 (56" Ribbon Cable) with a 20 pin connectors on each end

Note 1: This kit connects to 0535-0466-02 Display Adapter Board

Note 2: Blind Remote (BR) option is not available on the HI 2110WI

In addition to the above mentioned displays, Hardy Process Solutions uses the HI2151/30XX-E4 (0551-0435-01) which is the Maintenance Display for the HI 2151/30WC-BR (Blind Remote) instrument. This Remote Maintenance Display Assembly includes a six foot cable with male and female DB 25 connectors (cable part number 6032-0015). Since this is the Blind Remote option, the HI 2110WI will not accommodate the remote display.

 

0535-0461-03: (OBSOLETE) Wall/Swivel Mount Display Board was used on HI 2151/30WC -WS only.

Was used with the 0519-0517-01 Wall/Swivel Mount Display Kit (also obsolete)

 

0535-0461-04 -Remote Mount Display Board used on both HI 2151/30WC-RM and HI 2110WI-RM.

Used with Remote Display Kit #0519-0514-03. This kitalso contains:

-Soldered 55 inch Ribbon Cable with 25 pin connector to fit Display Adapter

-Plastic Bezel, Keypad, Logo, and Mounting Hardware

Note: This kit connects to 0535-0473-01 Display Adapter Board via the Display Ribbon Cable
