Cliquez ici pour en savoir plus !The HI 2151/30WC and HI 2110WI both have a keypad test to test functionality. Press the "Test/Clr" button. The display will show SLFTST (self-test), press Enter. Once Enter is pressed, the unit will start scrolling through all of the units' settings. When it's finished scrolling, the unit will display KEY BD (keypad test). Press each button one at a time and see if the button responds on the display. Press the 0 key (which is also the Exit button) last because it will exit you out of the test. If all buttons respond, the keypad is good, if not, you may have a faulty keypad.
To order a display interface card for a HI 2151/30WC or HI 2110WI, the part number is 0535-0461-xx. There are three models of front displays... A Remote Mount (RM), a Wall Mount (WS), and the Panel Mount (PM). The different models are recognized by the dash number on the end of the part number. The Remote Mount and Wall Mount controllers have complete assemblies for the front display.
Attached to this WebTech answer is a Tech Note that gives part numbers and replacement instructions.
The Panel Mount display unit is attached to the electronic extrusion and the display must be disassembled to reach the display interface card. The Keypad, Logo, and Gasket must be replaced when the Panel Mount display interface card is exposed. The Panel Mount uses a card part number that ends -01.
If the card attached has a ribbon cable that is permanently attached, it is from a Wall Mount (WS) unit and the part number ends -05.
IF there is a ribbon cable that is removable from the -0461 card, it is a Remote Mount (RM). On the RM, if the cable has matching 20 pin connectors on the ribbon cable, then it is a -02 (old). If the connectors are 20 pin on the cable end that plugs into the display card and a DB 25 pin connector that plugs into the electronics' faceplate, then that is a -04.
