Cliquez ici pour en savoir plus !Using the HI 200DNWM manual, place the following values across the top of the DeviceNet Node Address chart (Table 4-2) on page 4-3. Starting at S1-1 to S1-6 place the number values 32, 16, 8, 4, 2, 1. These are the weighted valued of each position/column. Activating the switch in a column increases the address value. An example address of 52 would be the switch value totals of 32+16+4 or switches S1-1, S1-2, S1-4 ON. Address 33 is S1-1 and S1-6 (32 and 1). The dip switches give you the ability to set the address in the range of 0 to 63.
The C2® Calibration does not require any test weights, but does require Hardy C2 load cells. The Span value is not used in a C2® Calibration. This calibration only requires a reference weight entered into the Cal Low Weight parameter. This is the amount of weight the module will assign to the scale when the C2 calibration is performed.
There are two methods of doing the C2® Calibration on a HI 200DNWM. The "Button" and through software.
C2® Calibration (The Button):
Step 1. The Module LED must be green in color. If it is not, do not try to calibrate the instrument. Contact Hardy Instruments Customer Support for assistance. Check if sense jumpers or wires are installed and load cell millivolt signal level is between 0 and +15 Mv.
Step 2. With the amount of weight that is entered into the Cal Low Weight parameter, placed on the scale, press and hold the RED BUTTON on the HI 200DNWM circuit board until the Module Status LED goes off, then release. (See Fig. 6-1 in the HI 200DNWM manual) NOTE: This could take several seconds.
Step 3. When the Module Status LED comes back on, the weigh module system is calibrated. NOTE: using the button will automatically save the calibration to non-volatile memory.
NOTE: If the LED does not come back on contact Hardy Technical Support for assistance.
If the led does not go off or flashes red, you have a problem with the C2 on the load cells or do not have C2.
C2® Calibration using software:
Step 1. With the amount of weight entered into the Cal Low Weight parameter on the scale, change the C2 Calibrate Command (Parameter 22) to a high (1) value.
Step 2. Change the C2 Calibrate Command (Parameter 22) back to a low (0) value.
Step 3. Change the Write Non-Volatile Command (Parameter 38) to a high (1) value to save settings.
Step 4. Change the Write Non-Volatile Command (Parameter 38) back to a low (0) value.
