Nouvelles gammes de batterie HIDS !
Cliquez ici pour en savoir plus !Power surges, power spikes, load cell line noise and/or static discharges can corrupt the instrument's memory causing drifting weight readings, loss of SET POINT and calibration data, or erratic performance. In some cases, rebooting the instrument will resolve the problem, but in other cases, the Random Access Memory (RAM) must be cleared and default parameters loaded back into memory.
WARNING! When the following procedures is performed the instrument must be re-calibrated and all SET POINT and OPTION data must be re-entered as if the unit was just being installed for the first time. Collect the data in self-test before clearing the memory. Press Test/clr button display will say self test, press enter and the entries will scroll by. Press down arrow to pause and up arrow to continue.
SETTING HI 2151/30WC or HI 2110WI MEMORY TO FACTORY DEFAULT SETTINGS:
On HI 2151/30WC and HI 2110WI units a dip switch is used to erase the memory. The dip switch is located inside, midway down the left edge of the Power/Relay board, as viewed from the back. The Power/Relay board is the lower of the two full size boards in the weight controller.
This process returns the instrument to factory default parameters
HARDWARE PROCEDURES: (HI 2151/30WC and HI 2110WI)
1. Remove power from the weight controller.
2. Disassemble the weight controller to expose the electronic cards.
3. Locate the internal dip switches labeled (S2).
4. Place only the internal dip switch #8 in the ON position.
5. If you have any other dip switch ON, record the positions then turn them all OFF.
6. Re-assemble the weight controller.
7. Apply power to the weight controller.
8. Wait for the system self test to be completed (The display will read TAGCLR).
9. Remove power from the weight controller.
10. Open the weight controller.
11. Place internal dip switch #8 in the off position. Return any switches that were ON (see step # 5) back to the ON position.
12. Re-assemble the weight controller.
13. Apply power to the weight controller.
NOTE: It is not necessary to reinstall the sticker value. The HI 2151/30WC and HI 2110WI sticker value is internal and not erased during ram clear.
WARNING! This process returns the instrument to the factory default parameters. It will now be necessary to calibrate the weight controller, set up the serial port, and format any installed option cards.
