How are the HI 3010 output control functions activated?

To activate a relay output you must use a mapping routine to assign the desired function. Some functions are fast feed, slow feed, discharge, refill, change bag, any alarm, and auxiliary device. Max current draw is 4 amp peak and 2 amp continuous.

The HI 3010 controller has 4 standard AC output relays with 3 more optional relays (for 7 total). The source power is not provided, only the switching function. These relay outputs are Opto 22 solid state switches. They only switch the hot side of the 110 vac power feed and are not dry contacts. The outputs are marked as AC outputs and each pair is a switched output.  
The solid state DC relay are also available upon request.
