Can we get the HI 200 DNWM module series changed from A to B?

We have several HI 200 DNWM modules in our plant that are series A and new orders received are series B.  Can we get the older units upgraded to series B?

May 2016:
Yes, you can get your series A modules upgraded to series B.  There are two choices on doing this:
1. Send the module in to the factory for upgrade.  There would be an evaluation fee for doing this.  If during the evaluation we find a problem with the module, we would notify you and if you wish to have the module repaired, there is a flat rate repair fee that would apply and the evaluation fee is waived.  2.  Order the part and swap the part (EPROM) yourself and place a label on the module indicating it is a series B.  There is a charge for the part.  NOTE:  Caution should be taken if you swap the part yourself and proper EDS precautions should be used to prevent damage to the part.

If you wish to install the eproms yourself, we can send them to you and you would be accepting the responsibility to insure proper grounding and static protection is used.  

If you wish to order the upgrade, please order as "HI 200 firmware upgrade".

The same conditions would apply if you have series B modules that you would wish to 'downgrade' to a series A module.
