Can my Hardy Instrument use HBM Load Cell RTN weight sensors?

The HI 2151/30WC, HI 2110WI, HI 2160RC, HI 200DNWM, HI 1746WS, HI 1756WS, HI 1769WS, HI 1771WS, HI 3010, HI 3030, HI 3300, HI 4050, and the HI 4060 will work properly with balanced bridge strain gauge load cells with a 3 mv/v or less rating .

NOTE: The HI 3300 and HI 3030 can use higher rated load cells.

According to the HBM RTN data sheet, the input and output impedance is approximately 4k ohms, it will accept an excitation voltage of 5 volts, and the sensitivity rating is approximately 2.9 mv/v. These load cells should work fine with any of the above listed Hardy units.

Keep in mind that C2® calibration and some of the integrated technician features will not function unless Hardy Instruments load sensors are used with your Hardy controller.
