Are there samples of program code for the 1769 in a Compact Logix PLC?

Yes, we have sample code for the HI 1769-WS and HI 1769-2WS modules.  These samples demonstrate how to run commands to the module.  Some of these commands utilize UDTs (user defined tags), of which the sample code has defined.  These sample codes can be found at http://www.hardysolutions.com/products/HI 1769 under the Doc and Programs section. 
Also found here would be the AOP files for the module.

There is a download for the HI 1769 WS in the Compact Logix as well as the Micro Logix 1500 systems. 
The ones listed with Profile were written with the program using the AOP to install the module.

Short is a program with only the basic commands.  These are:

Long is a program with all the commands found in the short program, but also has all the troubleshooting commands available.  These include:

The user would need to determine which commands they need and any of the commands can be added or removed from a program.
